As you craft an individual athlete for the professional league, your IQ will be tested. The interview during the Combine haschanged fromMadden 24, adding a variety of new questions that veterans may not recognize. None of your athlete’s stats will matter in this section of character creation sinceyou don’t receive any in-game clues regarding answers. You either know how to make the right response, or you don’t as the interview continues.
What To Expect From The Combine Interview
Recognize How Many Answers You Need
None of the Combine interview questions are divided into categories when asked, so youwon’t have any way to predict questions ahead of time. It doesn’t matter if your athlete is one of thefastest players inMadden 25if you flunk this quiz during the interview.
Those who answer too many questions wrong will be a low-tier draft pick for the seasonby every team in the league, so pay attention to what’s being asked. Every player has the option to decline the interview during the Scouting Combine. However, this might rob you of an opportunity to rise through the ranks as a higher draft pick.
Choosing to deny the interview will not negatively impact your placement in the draft after the physical training done at the Combine. At the same time, though, it won’t help you become a better prospect either.
Superstar mode inMadden 25will try to ask you questions about the NFL’s history, alongside several inquiries about the game’s rules. For example, one question could ask how many yards it takes to complete a first down. Youwill be asked ten different questionsduring the interview, with four possible answers being presented in multiple-choice format.
These questions are given to you randomly, but each of them is on a timer the moment they’re asked.You may want to either have the answers ahead of time, or be prepared with some notesto remember the nuances of the NFL and its history to get the best percentage of the interview prompts right.

While answering every answer right won’t improve your stats to become one of thetop players in the game, it will give you a better chance of getting drafted by the team you want. You want to aim to get 10 out of 10 questions right, butany score higher than 7 gives you a good standing in the draftafter the Combine concludes.
Acing the Interview and dominating the physical tests during the Combine should get you to be the #1 draft pick for a team, but I’ve found that being chosen within the first few rounds is still a great start for your Superstar career.
You won’t be able to take the Combine Interview quiz again during a Superstar mode run, unless you make a new character to go through the same process. Over time,you may have to create multiple characters to exhaust all the questions, as the pool the Combine chooses from remains the same.
Most teams will look at the physical prowess of your Superstar character first, so it can be easy to consider the Combine Interview a secondary goal. Despite this, getting every correct answer during the Combine interview inMadden NFL 25is still a fantastic achievement, and one that will make your athlete stand out in a unique way.
