What To Expect From Tracker Season 2

The Shaw Family Mystery Will Be A Focal Point

While not a medical or police drama,Trackerstill has a procedural element. Every week, Colter helps someone with their missing person dilemma, which keeps the show fresh and intriguing. That said, it also makes it difficult to predict what cases are in front of the rewardist, considering that there’s barely any set-up for any of them. Luckily, however, amid its changing stories,Trackerhas an overarching narrative — the mystery surrounding the death of Colter’s father. Season 1 laid the groundwork for this arc to continue, and it’s expected that it will have some substantial updates moving forward.

Tied to that are the confirmed supporting characters returning for the show’s season 2. Russell Shaw will have a bigger presence as part ofTracker’s core cast, asJensen Ackles is set to appear in multiple episodes. It’s currently unclear how involved he will be beyond that, but the procedural’s recent San Diego Comic-Con panel revealed that his first appearance will be in season 2, episode 2. The untitled outing will deal with UFOs. Russell and Colter’s sister, Dory, played by Melissa Roxburgh is also involved. This paves the way for apotential Shaw siblings reunion.

Besides the Shaw family drama, expect thatTrackerseason 2 will also have something in store forColter’s closest allies.Reenie will be teaming up with Velmaat a new law practice — something that the show hinted at in season 1. Hartley’s real-life wife Sofia Pernas playing his on-screen rival, Billie Matalon will also cross paths with Colter again.
