What Are Stacks in Apple Fitness+?

A stack consists of a series of multiple workouts, meditations, and mindful cooldowns that you can do back-to-back. The benefit of using Stacks is that you can transition seamlessly from one workout to the next without stopping and browsing the huge Apple Fitness+ catalog in the middle of your exercise.

Think of Stacks as playlists for your Fitness+ catalog. You can create and save them to your Apple Fitness+ library, just as you cancreate and save playlists in Apple Music.
