Summary

Ginny & Georgiaseason 3 likely won’t premiere until 2025 at the earliest, butI’m already worried about the next season of the Netflix show after one cast member’s comments.Ginny & Georgiaseason 2 endedon a major cliffhanger, with Georgia being arrested in the middle of her own wedding reception. Her arrest is for the murder of Tom Fuller, but it’s possible a trial could bring up Georgia’s past crimes. This is a huge concern going intoGinny & Georgiaseason 3, as Georgia’s previous crimes could tear apart her family and land her in prison for life.

Of course, if Georgia is convicted for killing Tom, she may face those consequences anyway. Needless to say,the stakes are higher than ever heading intoGinny & Georgiaseason 3, and the new episodes could take the characters in some interesting directions. Georgia’s arrest is likely to weigh on Ginny and Austin, and I’m not sure the audience will fare much better. After season 2’s developments, season 3 is likely to keep viewers on edge from start to finish. OneGinny & Georgiacast memberteased as much, leaving me even more worried about where things are headed.

10 Burning Questions Ginny & Georgia Season 3 Needs To Answer

Ginny & Georgia season 2 ended on a cliffhanger that raised a lot of burning questions. Fortunately, Ginny & Georgia season 3 is happening.

Nathan Mitchell’s Ginny & Georgia Season 3 Comments Have Me Worried Already

The Zion Actor Promised More Major Surprises

Nathan Mitchell plays Zion inGinny & Georgia, and the actor discussed the upcoming third season in arecent interview withScreen Rant.Although Mitchell couldn’t get into specifics about the next outing, which is currently in production, he did confirm thatmore twists await us in season 3. Mitchell praisedGinny & Georgiaseason 3, suggesting that viewers will “get whiplash from how much their heads are turning back and forth from surprise.” And while I’m gladGinny & Georgiawill keep the surprises coming, I’m also worried about what this means for the characters.

Ginny & Georgiaseason 2 already upped the ante when it came to its many twists and turns, and its finale took the prize for shocking viewers. I don’t know how much wilder things can get from there, but Mitchell’s comments suggest the writers will try to top Georgia’s arrest. That will make for great storytelling, butit also makes me think thatGinny & Georgiaseason 3 will get even darker. After all, it doesn’t seem like the show’s characters can handle more surprises.

Ginny & Georgia’s Characters Can’t Handle More Surprises After Season 2’s Ending

Georgia’s Arrest Is Already Going To Have A Negative Impact On Ginny & Austin

The Millers have been put through the duringGinny & Georgia, andMitchell’s season 3 comments suggest their struggles aren’t over. Georgia’s arrest is already going to have a negative impact on Ginny and Austin. Ginny is trying hard to improve her mental health inGinny & Georgiaseason 2, but Georgia’s arrest could cause a major backslide. And Ginny and Austin could also struggle in school, as their peers probably won’t take kindly to their mother being accused of murder. It’s a messy situation, and the last thing they need is more problems.

Sadly, the promise that viewers will get whiplash makes me think that they’ll face more obstacles whether they like it or not. Even if Georgia finds a way out of her current predicament, she’ll probably be facing a trial and ostracization in her new home. Ginny and Austin will also need to grapple with the latter, as well as everything their mother has done.I expectGinny & Georgiato be an emotional roller coasterfor this reason. And I shudder to think what else could befall the Millers while they’re dealing with all these issues.

Ginny & Georgia’s Season 4 Renewal Means Georgia Has To Get Out Of Jail, Right?

WhileGinny & Georgiawill likely put its main characters through more tough times, I’m hopeful there will besomepositive twists in season 3 as well — if only because the Netflix show has also been renewed for season 4.It’ll be difficult to keep the story going with Georgia in prison, so I have to assume she gets out of jail, even if it’s temporary. The real question is whether her past will catch up to her later. I can see the series ending with Georgia in prison, but it won’t happen when there are more seasons to come.

Whatever happens with Georgia inGinny & Georgiaseason 3, I’m still nervous about how things will unfold for the rest of her family. Everyone from Ginny to Paul stands to suffer because of her arrest, and Mitchell’s season 3 tease makes me think things will get worse before they get better. But there’s always the chance that the “whiplash” will come from more positive surprises. For the characters' sakes, I hopeGinny & Georgiabrings a mix of good and bad.
