Despite being first introduced inThe Mandalorianseason 3, shriek-hawks themselves are nothing new toStar Wars.The symbol of a shriek-hawk was first seen inStar Wars: The Clone Warson the armor of the Death Watch, most notably Pre Vizsla and his loyal followers. This is no doubt where the Shriek-hawk team derived their name and their symbol from, one that Paz Vizsla has long since donned on his armor inThe Mandalorian. It seems as if Paz is the leader of this team, considering the Armorer commanded him specifically to gather the team for the rescue mission.
