Shekinah’s somewhat spoiled her storyline with Sarper while their current storyline is all about their relationship problems. Shekinah was highly disappointed after seeing the state of Sarper’s apartment. It was not only unkempt, but Shekinah was frustrated when she saw thathe had not gotten rid of his bottle shelf, which symbolized his past relationships.The bottles were all empty and represented Sarper’s past one-night stands. Shekinah admitted that she was disappointed and hurt because Sarper was holding on to the bottles so tightly. It meant that Sarper wasn’t going to let go of his past just yet.
Shekinah and Sarper’s relationship goals do involve a future together, but a marriage seems to be out of the question.
