90 Day Fiancé’s Loren underwent the “natural mommy makeover” in September 2023, a year after having her third baby. Loren said it was something she had wanted for a very long time and did a lot of research on it. Loren explained thatshe was feeling uncomfortable due to her abdominal diastasisand a tummy tuck was going to bring all her abdominal muscles back together to make her look snatched. She also did a 360 lipo and fat transfer to her breasts and said that she was specifically interested in the natural approach. According toUsWeekly, Loren’s surgery lasted for seven hours.

Alexei tried telling her that it wasn’t a good idea. He also organized a get-together with her friends to celebrate Loren’s recovery and to prevent her from pursuing another operation.
Loren told her friends that she “lost a lot” of her fat transfer and would like to “refigure” some things in the future. Alexei worried that Loren would get used to seeing “fast results” and keep getting one surgery after another and “next thing you know, you’re all Kim Kardashian.” Loren’s friends convinced her that more surgery was not the answer to body dysmorphia and that she probably needed therapy to fix the underlying problem.
